Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26.02.03.02 or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. . If early checkin is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late checkout is offered whenever possible for a small fee. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. place was great the only thing that needs change is the 2nd bedroom needs new curtains on the window because the light from the outside shines all night we had to cover the window with a blanket also the bed is up against the wall so when the other person needs to get out you have to climb over the other person This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
We have been staying in the same unit for years. The only real issue (though we know it going) is no wi-fi. In today`s world of needing to be accessible to work, it just makes it hard and seems to be a bit dated.
