It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. The Constellation House, 209, was a wonderful place to stay with my family of five. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, including a Ninja air fryer as a bonus. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well every night. Linens were included and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The washer and dryer (large capacity) were very convenient and great to have available. The overall condo was clean, comfortable, and felt much larger than the pictures showed.
