This condo has a gorgeous view of the beach. The condo was clean and decorated with adorable coastal accessories. There are many restaurants and shops all around. The Boardwalk and Assateague Island are both a short drive. Highly recommended!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Tim Mark Magic. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 (2 kids under 8). My only real complaint is that the full size bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable mattress we’d ever slept on. It was so firm it was like sleeping on a board. Otherwise, the kitchen is loaded with every gadget you could ever imagine needing on vacation and more. The view isn’t ocean front of course, but we could see the beach very well, and that was all we needed. The furniture inside and outside was very comfortable. The decor was welcoming and fun. Parking was perfect. The walls are thin and the neighbors were sometimes disruptive but the noise from the window AC units helped to drown that out. That being said, the AC unit in the living room is inconveniently located right next to a couch so you can’t hear the tv at an acceptable level while it’s on. Our solution was to turn it off and keep the bedroom door open, letting that AC blow into the whole apartment. But that doesn’t always work when there’s a toddler sleeping in there. Not a dealbreaker I guess.
I loved everything. What a great location within walking distance to my favorite restaurants, coffee shop, and stores. I loved that I was steps from the beach. Even in the unit I felt so close to the peacefulness of the ocean. This unit was fabulous. So clean and tastefully decorated. And the bed was so comfortable ! Just the best.
