The openconcept living area is cozy and relaxing, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with comfortable furniture and a flatscreen TV. Step outside from the living room or bedroom onto the oceanfront balcony for refreshing sea breezes and panoramic views of the ocean, the beach, and the entire Ocean City coastline stretching out in the distance. The second bedroom's balcony looks out over a panoramic view of the bay. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs as well. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, central AC, a washerdryer, and community facilities such as an indoor pool, a sauna, and a fitness room. Just take the elevator downstairs and you're steps from the ocean and sand! What's nearby Guests of Century I have access to great facilities that include an indoor pool open seasonally, an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, and the Ocean City Public Library. You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishingcrabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths. Things to know Full kitchen NOTE From Memorial DaySeptember 30, there is a required 30 cash payment to obtain your parking passes upon arrival. This is a firm requirement of the HOA, so please plan accordingly. There is an ATM located about a block and a half away. Please note that the indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October. The Century 1 bulding is not an accessibilityenabled property. There are steps required for each unit. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26.02.03.02 or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. . If early checkin is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late checkout is offered whenever possible for a small fee. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. Permit ID 69314 Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, nonfraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds 3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of 3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card. The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.
