You'll be able to step through your patio gate and directly onto a sandy beach access path at Surfs Edge 108, a groundfloor, oceanfront condo on the shores of midtown Ocean City. This beachfront escape was completely renovated in 2021 with a brand new kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, a new washerdryer, sparkling new bathrooms, and new flooring throughout. When you're not outside on the golden sand, you'll be treated to central air conditioning, a plush sectional sofa and a TV in the living room, and ample space to dine at the breakfast bar, at the dining table, and outside on the oceanfront patio. In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be mere steps from the beach in one direction and one block from Coastal Highway in the other, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The Assawoman Bay Bridge and the Ocean City Tennis Center are just two blocks south, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is less than three miles south. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26.02.03.02 or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. . If early checkin is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late checkout is offered whenever possible for a small fee. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, nonfraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds 3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of 3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card. The condo had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It was right on the beach and there was plenty of room for the three of us. The beds were comfy and so was the set up. Appreciated having two bathrooms as well.

Loved everything about the place and all the updates it was wonderful and we love how close we were to the beach we had a lot of fun made great meals in the kitchen the kids loved - loved it so much didn’t want to leave. A fun and comfortable place and great beds and pillows great condo all in all

Beautifully updated home! My favorite thing was all the HOOKS!!! They were everywhere to make sure you could stay organized and know where everything was!! We will be back for sure!

Loved being on the ground floor! The house was super cute. They also have some beach items stored at the house that were helpful.
