It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. . If early checkin is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late checkout is offered whenever possible for a small fee. Very large condo accommodated our party of 8 easily with lots of room for everyone. Recently remodeled and beautifully decorated. Only tiny complaint is that it is facing the road so there was a little road traffic noise. Had a wonderful stay and will book again for another OC trip!
The Avalon 406 was quite nice. Besides the noise, since it’s an end unit - I loved it. We always rent from you and stay at the Avalon or seaside retreat. I thought this was the nicest unit we’ve rented in oc. The beds were actually comfortable Snd the recent upgrades, such as flooring and the countertop were lovely.
