This Park City ski lodge provides excellent ski access to Park City Mountain Resort. Located at the base of Silver Star ski lift, you are only a short lift ride away from the mid-mountain slopes at Park City. Please be advised that the Silver Star lift is operated by Park City Resort and access is not guaranteed. Lift operations are dependent on weather and resort staffing. Guests will need to shuttle to Park City Resort for ski access. Complimentary shuttle service makes it easy to get to the base at Park City Mountain Resort for ski school as well as shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street. This 2 bedroom, 1,400 square foot luxury condo offers amenities such as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, beautiful mountain decor, spacious floor plan and much more. Silver Star Lodge offers heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, onsite front desk and concierge staff, ski rental shop, Park City Mountain Resort lift ticket window, complimentary shuttle service and heated underground parking. Silver Star has everything to provide an unforgettable Park City Utah ski vacation. Main Street Park City is only a 5 minute drive away. There is a private hot tub, mountain view, gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, gas fireplaces, washer & dryer, Satellite TV, air conditioning. For ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, use the Silver Star Lift. Start at the elevator and take it to the 4th floor/café level for ski access. Outside, guests will see a café and ski shop, as well as the Silver Star Lift and ticket office. To get home from the top of the Silver Star Lift, take the Silver Star Run (Blue) to the base of the lift and head back to the elevator to return home. To access the ski lockers, walk along the 1000-building just past the public restrooms. We just returned from a truly wonderful stay at Silver Star Unit #1303 and we can’t recommend it highly enough. Located at the base of the Silver Star chairlift, this unit allowed us to literally take an elevator up a floor, walk out the door and get onto the chair. It was less than a minute from couch to chairlift. This access point to the mountain also allowed us to explore all the various areas - including Canyons - and easily make it back before the lifts closed. It was truly perfect! The unit itself was comfortable for our family of 5 (kids are 17, 14 and 10) with a large central area with a kitchen, living room and dining room; and two bedrooms on either side of the living area. The master bedroom had a king sized bed, fireplace and huge bathroom. The kids were in a smaller room with two sets of bunk beds - which they loved because they each got their own bed - and their own bathroom. The unit was large enough for us to sprawl out, but still conducive to encouraging family time (not an easy feat with teens!). There was a hot tub on the deck, which was a wonderful treat every day after skiing. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook, and there was also a washer and dryer off the kitchen which was great to keep our ski stuff smelling fresh all week. The unit had a reserved parking spot in a garage downstairs. There is an on-site concierge, but we never asked them for anything while here. I did email or call them 2-3 times before arrival and they were always prompt and helpful in their replies. We rented our equipment from the ski shop downstairs - Silver Star - and they were wonderful and hold your skis/board overnight so no schlepping of equipment needed. Highly recommend them as well. I will mention that Silver Star is a large complex and depending on where your unit is, you may have more of a walk to the lift.
