There is a ring doorbell camera to monitor occupancy (legal limit of 2 guests) and ensure there are no parties (which are illegal in short-term rentals in New Orleans). Normal check-in time is 4 pm on the arrival date. For check-ins from 1 pm - 4:00 pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in before 12:30 pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.
