If you expect to have more, please seek permission. -At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others. -Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously. -No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation -No fireworks; $100 fee for violations -No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations -Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $100/dog/stay fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
