PROPERTY OVERVIEW This private historical estate has two homes, Trinity Farm Manor and Trinity Farm Magnolia Farmhouse, on 30 acres in a peaceful valley with views of the countryside from every window. Relax on the large expansive decks on both homes where you can enjoy the views of the swimming lake, fishing pond, and soccer arena. Wrap around decks on each home are complete with comfortable outdoor furniture equipped with both Traeger and BBQ grills. Gather outside at the common area event space on the first level of the beautifully maintained red barn, complete with ambiance lighting and cast iron tables and chairs. LIVING AREAS Trinity Farm Manor features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area perfect for entertaining. Modern down-to-earth luxury furniture perfect for gatherings and large screen SmartTV for your favorite movies, sports or presentation. Trinity Farm Magnolia Farmhouse has been fully updated with top of the line finishings and beautiful historic details have been preserved throughout the home. Large screen SmartTV with streaming apps and plenty of games to enjoy with other guests. The living area offers two sleep sofas. KITCHEN and DINING The well equipped Manor and Magnolia Farmhouse kitchens include stainless steel appliances and breakfast bars. The Manor’s dining room table seats 12 people with additional seating at the expansive kitchen island or work with concierge team to accommodate a larger group. The Magnolia Farmhouse features two kitchens and dining rooms with seating for 8 at each farm style table. BEDROOMS and BATHS Trinity Farm Estate sleeps 24 people comfortably, but not to exceed 26 guests between the Manor and Magnolia Farmhouse with 10 full bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The Manor has 5 large bedrooms with a mix of king and queen beds. The primary bedroom has a private balcony and large ensuite bathroom. The other 4 rooms share updated bathrooms and all have access to the second floor balcony that wraps around the entire manor home. The Magnolia Farmhouse offers a full king private suite on the main floor with a private ADA compliant entrance and kitchen. There are two pull out couches with queen beds in the living area. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. OUTDOOR AREAS Relax and spread out across the private 30 acres in Western Loudoun County with the swimming pond where you and your guests can paddle, canoe, fish or soak in the sun on the deck. Additionally, enjoy outdoor gatherings in the barn with catering options. Enjoy the privacy with a local brew with our craft beer options or exclusive sommelier partners.
