This brand new home has just been completed and is ready for rentals. Built on stilts, it allows for lots of parking underneath and even room to BBQ and hang out on the 2 picnic tables provided. Up the stairs you will find everything is on one floor. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The 2 masters both have a king size bed and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. There is also a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. The open living room and kitchen allows everyone to hang out together without being crowded. The house is located right down the street from the boat ramps and the Port Aransas community pool. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night.
