The view from the extra-large balcony is enjoyed from the living room, dining area and extra-large kitchen with brand new cabinets and Refrigerator. the living area has a built-in bar area that runs the entire width of the room with all new cabinets, sink and refrigerator. This condo has never been a rental condo so as you would expect it is super well stocked for a family stay. Each room has a flat screen TV and DVD players. This condo also has Wi-Fi internet. Our only concern wasThe cleaning of the condo.

The shower curtain was really bad , slimy and had pretty close to mold on it.
We called and did get a replacement . The cleaning team
Needs to look at things like that for tenets coming in for a stay. We did find mold on the lime squeezer . Everything should be taken out of the cabinets and drawers and put in dishwasher to be sanitized.
We love the condo because of all of the amenities it has and we love the view of the beach from the dining room table we are booked to come this September for the month.
It is our happy place .

This condo was SUPER nice and comfortable! Amazing ocean views where we could sit and watch the dolphins play and the moon reflect off the water at night! Will definitely book this room from here on out!

Condo 507 Surf Dweller

October 2022

We have enjoyed our stay at the Surf Dweller for the past 30 yrs and in 507 for the past 3 yrs. It has a well equipped kitchen and has a lot of extras throughout the condo. We have always enjoyed our stays here and look forward to renting again. This year our friends stayed a week in June and we stayed a week in July., as well as all four of us stayed the month of September. Our friends didn’t have any problems in June that we experienced in July. Some of which is not solely in the control of the owners of 507 but is a concern that the HOA should be aware. We have met and talked to some of the Board members and they addressed some of our concerns and assured us that things are being taken care of. The things that we would like to see improved in 507 we think should be easy fixes.
In July and again in September there was a smell of urine when we walked in the door. It wasn’t there the whole month but definitely present the first two days.
Don’t know if someone brought a pet of it is simply the master toilet flange or O ring seal has broken.
Maybe maintenance could check on it. The hall bath has a new toilet so maybe it isn’t seated properly. Who knows, but smell is unpleasant at first and we hope the cause is found and corrected. The floors are better than in July, but maybe a steam mop would clean them better so walking around barefooted didn’t result in black feet and it wouldn’t require any more time than a conventional mop to clean the tile floors. The toaster works but it is a little wonky . We started to replace it as a gift but had some unexpected things pop up and never got around to it. And lastly, the rug in the living area needs to be steam cleaned. It is full of sand , it has been soiled due to dirty feet and possibly pets urine.
Overall the condo is spacious ,comfortable and has everything you can think of and then some. If feels like home away from home and we can’t wait to return next ye

Not up to standards

July 2022

We have rented this unit 3 years in a row, usually for a month. We stayed a week this month but will be back for the month of September.
This visit the unit and service was not up to par.
1.Toliet seat in master was broken and took 3 days to get repaired. Did the cleaning person not notice and report? Why did it take 3 days to have repaired.
2. Cono floors were dirty. If you walked in socks or barefooted you had black feet. Tea pot appeared to have rust in it. The general cleanliness just was very poor.
3. Sink stopper in master was broken wouldn't hold water.
4. Guest toilet had to be tightened to the floor.
5. Blood stain on pillow sham and bedspread in master.
6. One of the evaluators was inop for entire week and I understand from an owner it been that way for some time.
7. Walkways are incredibly dirty and need power washing.
8. Only 1 parking pass was issued, however patrons that rented from other agencies still received 2.
9. This condo is comfortable and well stocked but needs a deep cleaning. Not what we expect for the price.
