Here you can take advantage of a PRIVATE walkway and gate in the backyard to one of the TWO community swimming POOLS. Take a short walk to the community BOARDWALK to get to the BEACH also accessible by GOLF CART. Enjoy the refreshing OUTDOOR SHOWER, located in the back of the house to rinse off all that sand. The driveway provides plenty of parking, easily fitting 4-6 vehicles (the garage is permanently locked). There is a full Bathroom, Living Room complete with a 52-inch TV connected to DIRECTV, Dining Room that seats EIGHT and a spacious Kitchen with an Island Bar which seats four. Leading off the Dining Room is a LARGE COVERED DECK with more seating overlooking the community pool.
