There is free street parking at this location. However, we will not be able to reserve a space for you. The parking space operates on a first-come, first-served system. Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. To ensure a secure experience, we kindly ask you to register the main guest staying with us by providing a photo ID on the day of check-in. We appreciate your understanding, even if you have already verified your ID through the platform chat, we would need an additional copy. This way, we can ensure a seamless check-in Please note the following recommendations to improve your stay: Smoking is not allowed inside, as it may lead to a fine. Avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Your comfort is our priority. If a problem arises, please inform us immediately. We are here to help you. Please remember: Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out time is at 11:00. If you require a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours in advance; please note that this will incur an additional cost. Additionally: We want to inform you that package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths.+ Please feel at home and keep household items inside the house. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. TRASH To keep the house clean, please follow this Trash Schedule: Take out Trash Sun–Wed 4 PM – 5 PM Bring the trash in Mon–Thu, 11 AM – 1 PM IMPORTANT: Please make sure to comply with the indicated times to avoid fines of up to $500 USD for trash left outside of permitted hours or in unauthorized locations.
