Enjoy the year-round view of Grandfather Mountain as you unwind in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This three-bedroom two-bathroom home, located in Seven Devils is spectacular during leaf season! A simple yet refreshing layout this home offers a Master Bedroom on the main level featuring a queen bed, along with the second bedroom featuring two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bath which features a beautiful custom tiled shower. Make your way to the lower level of the home where you will find the third bedroom featuring a queen bed and the second full bathroom. This home is conveniently located 15 minutes to downtown Boone/Banner Elk, 25 minutes to downtown Blowing Rock, and 25 minutes to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort! Cozy up next to the fireplace or socialize on the wrap around porch and treasure the view! Additional notes: - Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 10AM. - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - AWD or 4WD vehicles required in winter months due to steep incline. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
