Beautiful views of the island's landscape and blue ocean waters greet you each morning. If you enjoy dining out and shopping, Hilton Head's shops and restaurants are a quick drive away. Stroll to the beach with a good book or explore the villa's on-site activities: a multipool complex, hot tub, nine tennis courts, a playground, a fitness center, and a fishing lagoon. This second-floor Island Club villa will make you feel right at home the moment you step through the door. The kitchen features plank floors, Corian countertops, and custom cabinets. The dining and living room areas have ample seating, a 51-inch TV with a DVD player, and access to the patio, which can be accessed via a door from the primary bedroom. The bedrooms offer TVs with DVD players, and the primary has a private bathroom. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the conveniences. THINGS TO KNOW The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is unavailable. All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024. Dates are subject to change due to construction. The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. . The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
