Trashcans can be found outside the space by the street Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit (entire upper unit of a two-story duplex) including living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, and private balcony area. Note this home is a duplex and the downstairs is occupied by a small laundromat (no walk-in business) while the entire upper floor is the space being offered. Due to it being a small laundromat you may feel or hear the machines running during the day. **Please note that the unit is above a tiny laundromat (there is no walk-in business/storefront) so from 9am - 5pm mild to moderate noise and some vibration may be heard/felt.** • Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 12:30pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 12:30pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate.
