Place dirty towels on laundry floor No white towels allowed at pool Please use colored towels for pool and bring back all towels back from community pool. Everything is inventoried. Ex: If we have missing towels, pillows, accent pillows, kitchen items or linens we will charge for replacement. NO SMOKING ALLOWED this is a non smoking home and we take pride of its Mainenance and our allergic guests. NO SMOKING near the home. NO SMOKING IN PATIO, NO SMOKING IN GARAGE. $500 fee Please dry before coming inside the home and use of fabric chairs. Please eat in dining room, bar or kitchen bar please.
