Your Tybee Island vacation awaits you at Shore to Please! Located mid-island, this one-level home boasts 3-bedrooms and 2-baths, making it ideal for families or groups. Guests will enjoy the proximity to shopping and dining, and the beach is a pleasant 5-minute walk away. The impeccably decorated living room features a large window which allows for brilliant light to flow into the space. Here guests will find a plush sofa with a matching armchair, as well as two stylish decorative chairs. Professionally decorated by Radiant Form. The large flatscreen Smart TV comes replete with a Bluetooth soundbar, and is equipped with Roku and Vizio—making it easy for guests to stream movies, shows, and music from any room in the house (all bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV’s). Kids and adults alike are sure to enjoy the ability to play video games from any room with a TV. The galley-style kitchen is located off the living room. It features ample counterspace for meal preparation, as well as stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. Guests can enjoy their meals at the picnic-style table adjacent to the living room, which can easily accommodate six. Access to a porch with outdoor furniture and grill is located just off the dining area. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshment while gazing upon the spacious yard, with its wooded views and lush greenery. After a day in the sunshine, guests can get some sleep in one of three well-appointed bedrooms with plush mattresses: The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, flatscreen Smart TV, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower-over-tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flatscreen Smart TV, and a small closet. The second guest bedroom is ideal for kids, and offers two twin-beds, and a flatscreen Smart TV. *Please be advised that the fireplace is not for guest use. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the closet space just off the living room. There is room for two cars in the driveway. No activities with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
