Sleeps 2 (note: no window; use at own risk) Guest Bedroom #3: Located on the lower level and features a twin over full bunk. Sleeps 3 (small window; use at own risk). Additional Sleeping Options: Full sized pullout sofa located on the lower level. Sleeps 2. Bathroom #1: Located in the master bedroom and features a combination tub/shower. Rokus provided for guest sign-in to smart apps. Last 100ft of driveway is steep and may require 4-WD to climb in some weather conditions. House Rules: -Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized -Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee -The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval -No events, parties or large gatherings -At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others. -Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously. -No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation -No fireworks; $100 fee for violations -No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations -Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $100 fee per pet. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed. PLEASE NOTE: while the driveway is well maintained, some vehicles may not be able to make it up the driveway during the winter. A parking area is available just at the beginning of the driveway for those who are concerned about the ability to get back out; please use your judgement! The weather can change quickly and you may not be able to get back up. We recommend 2WD vehicles do not drive all the way to the bottom.
