Retro Town is a rare find in the heart of Fort Walton Beach that'll take you back! Enjoy four smart TVs, three arcade games to include street fighter, NBA Jam, Pac-Man, Street Fighter and more. There’s also a fully furnished kitchen, board games, a cozy living room, propane grill, with a nice outdoor setting with decorative lights for when you return home from the beach. This STR is riddled with old school accents and creative colors that'll make your stay a memorable one. We hope to host you soon! Retro Town is a cozy 1,320 square foot townhome with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath. All 3 bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs and the half bathroom downstairs. Retro Town has been completed renovated with new vinyl flooring is located throughout the house, new bathrooms, new doors, new windows, new paint, and brand new kitchen! The kitchen is equipped with all new GE Appliances and everything you would need to cook up a fantastic meal. The backyard is fully fenced for your furry friends and privacy. I put a lot of love into this house and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do! Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site. Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation. All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance. The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance. We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is: - $85 for up to 2 pets The 1-lane driveway can accommodate two average-sized sedans. One additional car can be parked to the immediate left of the driveway in the dirt, if needed. No parking on the road please. A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25. For your safety, this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at: - Above the Front Door - On the Patio in the Backyard There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property. To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance. Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 7 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Retro Town in great shape for everyone! (House Rules) - Quiet Hours: 10:00pm-8:00am - No unapproved visitors. Friends and family may visit for periods less than a day. Longer stays require the total number of guests to be updated on the reservation - Additional unapproved visitors subject the booking guest to a $50/guest, per night - No smoking inside. If evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $300 fine charged to the booking guest - No Parties - No flushing feminine products, 'flushable' toilet paper or any other items that isn't regular toilet paper down the toilet. Please use the bathroom trashcan - Please clean up excessive messes with cleaning items provided - No horseplay outside around the fire pit in the backyard. Limit all fires within the pit - Clean off the BBQ grille and return the utensils back to the kitchen after each use - Please take the trash out and place the garbage bin on the road when full during your stay. Trash days are as follows: Monday & Thursday: Normal Trash (Green Lid) & Friday: Recycle (Yellow Lid) (Pet Rules) - All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Heartworm prevention measures are highly recommended - No pets on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of such may incur an extra cleaning fee - Damage caused by pets will be billed to the owner + an inconvenience fee of $75 - Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet refuse in the backyard and messes they cause - Guests should prevent dogs from making excessive noise, especially at night - Pets will not be left unattended for an extended period of time, either indoor or outdoor. - The homeowner assumes no liability for injury or illness that a pet may incur during it's stay The immediate area is very safe with a strong military community from both the Army and Air Force (active and retired). My neighbors and I share a mutual respect for one another. There's plenty of lighting near the front door with Ring cameras in the front and backyard entrance and exit for your added security and reassurance. Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding attractions. Biking is also an option for shorter trips, and many roads in the area are bike-friendly. If you're planning to explore beyond the city or travel on your own schedule, a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.
