There is a small fenced in area for small dogs. This home allows 2 small dogs under 30 lbs, $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be on leash when outside of the fenced in area. Enter through the garage into the living room with a Smart TV, free internet, 2 recliners, a rocking chair and sofa sleeper. The dining table seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home. There is a half bath downstairs. One bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, private screened in porch with river view and a private bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a guest bath conveniently located to guest rooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin over full size bunk beds, second bedroom with a queen bed and river view and 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds and a river view. All TVs are Smart TVs. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. This home has room for 4-5 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
