Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 13 guests. This home has room for 4-5 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
