This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between 10 PM- 9 AM. This condo does not have a grill. 3/2 condo. Sleeps 8. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. 3rd bedroom: Queen. Living Room Queen Sofa Sleeper. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. This 3/2 condo at Rio Guadalupe Condominiums is in the perfect spot for a weekend getaway on the Guadalupe River! First floor condo, with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass doors, that are floor to ceiling, opening out to a gorgeous patio with spectacular views of the river. Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or finishing the day with a glass of wine. With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door to rent tubes. You can also take a dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone. This is a family complex, no parties, quiet hours strictly enforced. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. If you more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This condo is impeccably decorated and comes fully furnished. The living room has an amazing view of the river and opens out to a fabulous covered patio with comfortable seating. The living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully stocked including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. The bistro table seats 4 and there are 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king sized bed as well as a private bathroom. The 2 guest bedrooms have a queen size bed. Guest bathroom is located conveniently near the living room and guest rooms. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The condo sleeps eight comfortably. TVs in all bedrooms and free WiFi are just a few of the perks. If you want to venture out, visit Schlitterbahn, the World’s Best Waterpark in New Braunfels (less than 15 miles away) or spend the day in Gruene, shopping, visiting the wineries or dancing the night away at the infamous Gruene Hall. Natural Bridge Caverns, Wimberly, and the San Marcos Premium Outlets are a short drive away. Canyon Lake is less than 5 minutes away where you can rent boats or jet skis. The whole area is full of small music venues like Whitewater Amphitheater (less Than 5 miles away). Maybe your ideal vacation is all about fly fishing. Did you know that Texas Parks and Wildlife and Guadalupe River Trout Unlimited stock this area each winter with rainbow and brown trout? January and February are prime fishing months here. WORD permit #L1364. **WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. There is no grill on premise. No portable grills allowed.
