This home has been transformed to have a much more rustic cabin feel with distressed wooden beams and log stairs. The recent updates changed the cramped original layout to create a large kitchen and dining area, where guests can enjoy a nice home cooked meal. The large kitchen is fully furnished and has all the tools you may need for that perfect dinner, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a traditional coffee pot. A dining table provides comfortable seating for 6, and opens into the spacious living room. In the living room, a warm gas fireplace creates the perfect environment to enjoy one of those snowfalls that Bretton Woods is famous for - and with the ski trails right outside your door, you'll just be wishing you could stay longer! Not a skier? You can still watch people zip down Two Miles Home and offloading from the top of the learner quad from your windows! It really doesn't get any more convenient! Summary of Room Configuration: Guest Room #1: Located in the LOFT and features a King sized bed with attached bathroom with a shower. Sleeps 2. Guest Bedroom #2: Located on the second floor and features a Full bed. Sleeps 2. Guest Bedroom #3: Located on the second floor and features two Twin beds. Sleeps 2. Guest Bedroom #4: Located on the second floor and and features Twin/Twin bunk beds. Sleeps 2. Guest Bedroom #5: Located on the lower level and features a Queen size bed. Sleeps 2. Bathroom #1: Half bath located in the LOFT. Bathroom #2: Full bath located on the second floor. Bathroom #4: Full bath located on the lower level. Kitchen: Fully stocked for all your cooking needs and offers a drip coffee maker and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a cozy center island that seats 4. Dining/Living Area: A sunny open concept space with a large dining table that seats 6 and comfortable furniture and modern/rustic décor that surrounds the gas fireplace. Access to deck. Lower Level Area: Enjoy a 2nd living/entertaining area and access to back patio. Outdoor Area: Watch people zip down Two Miles Home and offloading from the top of the learner quad from your windows! Extra Features: Free high speed wi-fi, cable TV, washer/dryer and linens/towels provided. This home is not equipped with an air-conditioning unit. While our climate is mild and AC is generally not needed, fans are provided for your comfort. PLEASE NOTE: One of the tubs was recently repaired with a high strength fiberglass epoxy; it is perfectly fine to use but is an aesthetically unpleasing brown color. We are waiting for the contractor to do the final glaze but we do not have an ETA at this time! House Rules: -Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized -Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee -The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval -No events, parties or large gatherings -Quiet Hours 10 pm - 8 am; $100 fee will be imposed for violations -At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others. -2 car maximum; $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations -Groups with more than two vehicles or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking. -Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously. -No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation -No fireworks; $100 fee for violations -No open flame within 10 feet of the building including propane and charcoal grills. $250 fee for violation. Electric grills allowed. -No fire pits. $250 fee for violation. -No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations -Pets not allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from the unit. *****PLEASE NOTE: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds.
