Golf carts do count as vehicles. Violators will be towed by the HOA A totally remodeled condo, tile throughout this unit. This condo has an open living room and dining area. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your catch of the day. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with fabulous gulf views and the second bedroom a set of twin bunks and an additional twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. The second bedroom was recently remodeled to be a closed off bedroom. There a two full baths, one in each bedroom. Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only. There is a large deck that over looks the beach. Enjoy the great breezes from this deck. Oh, did I mention the sunrises are amazing! Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, Beachhead condos all have awesome gulf views. The complex amenities include a swimming pool, lounge facility for up to 60 people with a fully equipped kitchen, great for parties, weddings, family reunions, a playground, and a private boardwalk to the beach just steps from any of the units. All units have private balconies to enjoy gulf views and breezes.
