Our property is also a Low-allergen environment. This is a non smoking/vaping property (no exceptions) No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed at the property. Only registered guests allowed on the property (6 max no exceptions) 2 vehicle maximum. No trailers or RV's (no exceptions) . Purchasing trip insurance covers you from losses you may incur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unexpected health issues, death, inclement weather or jury duty. To make our property more affordable for various size groups our pricing begins at double occupancy and we then add $50 per guest per night (plus City of Sedona bed tax) thereafter as additional guest fees up to six guests.
