One Particular Harbour 395-103 is a three-bedroom condo where two of the three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, a configuration that makes a group of seven genuinely comfortable rather than just technically accommodated. The primary suite has a king bed, walk-in shower ensuite, and lagoon views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own full bath ensuite. The third bedroom has two twin beds. A pullout sofa in the living room handles the seventh guest. The open kitchen has a granite island, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, microwave, range, and a wine refrigerator — a detail that earns its place on evenings when the lanai is calling and a chilled bottle is the right finish to a beach day. Easy access to US 41 and I-75 makes this unit equally practical for extended-stay guests arriving from Tampa or Sarasota.
