All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the living room and no recording takes place. Guests have full access to the house and backyard. We recommend that you have car or use Uber. Our interaction is heavily dependent on the guest(s). We are very proactive hosts but give the guest(s) the option on how interactive they want to be with us. The city is safe and it is 8.1 square miles and approximately 42,000 residents call Oakland Park home. The city boasts wonderful parks and recreation facilities, an independent library, and amenities of much larger communities. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen.
