Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit (entire first floor of a two story duplex) including living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry, and parking at the rear of the house. Note this home is a duplex and the entire upstairs is occupied by other residents while the entire bottom floor is the space being offered. Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 12:30pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in before 12:30pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details.
