French doors allow light to flood the room and formal dining area, where a charming hardwood table with family-style breakfast bench seats up to 6 guests. In the gourmet kitchen, ample counter space and stainless steel appliances will delight the family chef. Or soak in your private hot tub after a day of exploring all that the Mammoth Lakes area has to offer. Just up the stairs, the spacious primary suite, elegantly styled with high-end linens and hardwood furniture, features a flat-screen TV and en-suite bath with a luxurious soaker tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and twin, flat-screen TV and en-suite bath. An additional full bath and private washer and dryer add further convenience. Outside, a peaceful deck overlooks the mountains with a BBQ grill and private covered hot tub for apres-ski at home, although you’ll have plenty of options within walking distance in Mammoth Village. In the winter enjoy ski-in, ski-out access from the Village Gondola, located steps from your door, and in the summer, take advantage of biking and hiking trails, lakes, and the Snowcreek Golf Course, all a short drive away. Two heated underground parking spaces and a private entrance makes it easy to explore Mammoth by car.
