Property Booking and Policies Privacy Electronic Communications Your Account Guest Requirements Guests under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian supervision. The property is provided fully furnished, including bedroom furniture, dining and living room sets, and kitchenware. Payment Details Parking Parking spaces are provided as per the homeowners’ association (HOA) rules. DTB is not liable for towed vehicles. House Rules No smoking inside the property. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly authorized. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Maintenance and Repairs Subletting Utilities The landlord covers utilities such as cable, internet, electricity, water, and trash collection. Insurance Fee A mandatory insurance fee of $120. 00 is included in the reservation. Upon checkout, the property will be inspected. If any damage is found due to guest negligence, the cost to repair or replace items may be charged to the credit card on file. For a 100% refund of the deposit, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest does not check in. Processing fees and applicable taxes are retained. Intellectual Property All content, including text, graphics, and images used in DTB listings, is the property of DTB or its suppliers and is protected under copyright laws. International Users DTB’s properties operate under U. S. laws, and guests booking from outside the U. S. must comply with local regulations. Indemnification Guests agree to indemnify DTB and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their stay or violation of these terms. Arbitration Any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved by arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be conducted in Osceola County, Florida. Class Action Waiver All claims against DTB must be filed individually. Guests waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit. Liability Disclaimer DTB is not liable for personal injury or damage to guests' personal property. Guests are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage. Termination of Stay DTB reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund if any terms are violated or if illegal activity occurs on the property.
