The best condo BBRR has!

The property is exactly like the photos. We love the type of furniture in the condo. We like big comfortable furniture not cold modern. The master bathroom is very updated and the shower is great.
The kitchen has nice LG appliances that are newer. Great layout. We travel with a lot of our own pots, crockpot, utensils, etc. the kitchen is lacking in these areas.
Washer and dryer are wonderful. The two other rooms are a nice size and comfortably set up. We had friends stay and they loved it.
The condo was very clean. We had a couple issues and they were fixed quickly.
We love the balcony. Comfortable furniture and the electric fireplace was nice on cooler nights. The only problem we had was with owners that liked to smoke marijuana on their balcony and we got to smell the stink and it drove us inside and ruined. Few evenings. The HOA seems to be working on that long standing problem.
The BBRR on-site manager was very friendly and helped us find good restaurants and our favorite, local dive bars with great food.
We enjoyed Isalnd View casino. The gaming, the great food and drinks. The Project Lounge had a great burger like many locals told us about. We went early enough so the smoking wasn’t too bad. Fly Llama brewery is our favorite place so far. Great beer and seltzers. The food truck has very good food. The seating area is fun but gets loud t times. We look forward to finding more places next winter.
The friends that stayed for a weekend now went to stay a month in their own condo next year.
We are very happy with our decision to trade in Orange Bech, AL for Gulfport.

I will never use them again! It is criminal to rent a place and then a week before I am supposed to arrive ( after my credit card clears) send me a text telling me I can’t go on the balcony and I have to deal with patio furniture stacked up around the living room and bedroom.
DON’T STAY HERE!! FIND A DIFFERENT CONDO. THER ARE PLENTY UP AND DOWN THE BEACH. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF HERE!!!

Stayed in unit 1005, legacy 1 from January to March and the unit was in great condition and the legacy towers facilities, location and BBRR management team were outstanding. The few minor issues we had were handled quickly and professionally. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.
