It is hot, very humid, and it rains a lot. It is not uncommon to experience thunderstorms, tropical storms, and even hurricanes. In the summer we also see an increase in insects (ants, spiders), mosquitoes, lizards, and iguanas. One car max. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not have anyone living on-site and we will not provide service between 10 PM-6 AM. Note: the Laundry room is a shared space. We recommend that you have a car or use Uber. We are available via text, call, or email from 9 am to 9 pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for your convenience. Harbordale is a neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a population of 5,130, and is one of the best places to live in Florida. Living in Harbordale offers residents an urban feel and most residents own their homes. In Harbordale there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in Harbordale and residents have access to supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, parks, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. Escape to this beautiful, one-bedroom apartment, that is located in the City of Fort Lauderdale. This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. Please park on Spot #3. There's an extra parking space named "GUEST" which is first come first serve. There is WiFi and a workspace for remote work. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 55” Smart TV. The bedroom has two twin-size beds that can be put together to create a king bed. These beds are small so if your group consist of 3-4, recommend that you request a roll away bed 24 hours prior to your arrival. In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with bar stools. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The laundry area is a shared space for all four units. It's all the way at the back. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. Everything you need is within walking distance or worst a few miles away. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. For 3-4 guests, you must request a roll-away bed 24 hrs in advance. There is central air, it is set at between 70-77.› Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers) Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. ** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 **Max occupancy at all times is 4. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay. Alternating their schedule is not an option. It will send you messages with instructions and guidance through a screening process and contract which are required to release check-in instructions.
