For cancellation requests, it is imperative that all notices are provided in writing. The receipt of cancellations will be recognized on the date when your email notice physically arrives at our office. A full refund is granted for cancellations up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. For bookings made within the 30-day window, a full refund is possible within 48 hours of booking and a minimum of 14 days before check-in. Subsequently, a 50% refund is permissible up to 7 days before the check-in date. There will be no refunds granted after this period, unless the Non-refundable option was selected during the initial booking.
