Welcome to the Twilight Chateau! This newly renovated, 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 people and has something for everyone: mini golf, a bocce ball court, a hot tub, fire pit, ping pong, and pool. This modern oasis is perfect for both play and work. Located near shopping and dining at the highly desired Kierland Commons, a short drive from Old Town Scottsdale and close to the region’s marquee golf courses, the Twilight Chateau offers easy access to the best of Scottsdale and Phoenix. **POOL WILL BE HEATED STARTING IN JANUARY!** HOUSE RULES: • No Smoking of ANY KIND in the house • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays • No Extra/ Overnight Guests. (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) • No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) • No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified) • No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, AppleTVs, etc. • No Pre-Check in Bag Storage. (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) • No Pets allowed • No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors. • No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you. • No loud noise or music past 9 PM.
