The boulevard is a popular attraction for locals and visitors, being ideally situated close to Fort Lauderdale beach, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades. When you enter the apartment you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment. Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit is a marvel to behold. In the kitchen, there is a small table for eating or drinking. The kitchen is equipped with the basics so you can enjoy a nice meal. The living room has a couch and a Murphy bed (see photos of it closed in a black closet, and opened). The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo. Note: the property does not have a washer and dryer, also no dishwasher. There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 68-78. Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers) Guest access The entire house plus the backyard is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note: Please please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the property with respect. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and we do not provide service between 9 pm - 8 am. Also, Parking is limited to one car.
