Note this home is a duplex and the entire bottom is occupied by other residents while the entire upper floor is the space being offered. *Important* Please park only on the side of the house that is for this property and in the back of the house. Any cars found parked on the neighbor's side of the parking area or in the grass will be fined and towed. • Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 12:30pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 12:30pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate.
