Kitchen: Fully stocked for all your cooking needs and offer a drip coffee maker and cozy breakfast bar that seats 3. Dining/Living Area: A sunny open concept space with dining table that seats 4 and comfortable, bright furniture that surrounds the wood-burning fireplace. Access to the back deck with golf course views! Outdoor Area: Next to the golf course of Mt. Washington Hotel and minutes away from Bretton Woods Ski Area. Back deck offers outdoor seating and grill and walk on access to the golf course. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Overflow lot is located at the base of the ski area, 0.9 miles away. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from unit.
