This spacious vacation home features 5 bedrooms with plenty of room and privacy for everyone with accommodation for 12 guests. A contemporary two story Townhouse , the main level consists of a bedroom with Queen size bed, a full bathroom with a glass door for a warm shower. A full equipped gourmet kitchen where you can cook delicious meals for family and friends while your guest can enjoy view to a private pool sitting and relax on a dining room and living room open space. On the main level guest can enjoy their favorite movies with family memorable time. On the Upper level guest can enjoy the Loft equipped with a game table. Also on the upper level you find the Master bedroom with beautiful glass door enclosed shower. Along the hallway there is three bedrooms. Spacious Master Bedroom with King size bedroom, a Queen size beds and a two Disney theme bedrooms: a Star Wars Bedroom with a Bunk Full Trundle Bed and a Mickey Mouse bedroom with a Bunk Full trundle Bed and full bathroom and also washer /dryer. The Neighborhood: The property is located in Windsor Resort. Windsor at Westside Resort, Orlando Florida is one of the most popular resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. This fantastic gated resort was built by Pulte Homes and the resort amenities are operated for the HOA by Castle Group. Featuring an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, lake & pier, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, and a sundry shop and video arcade. Other Things to Note: This home has private heated pool and Jacuzzi, To have the heat turn on on the pool extra charge will apply ( $70.00 per night - It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay). Please make a request at least 72 hour prior your arrival). Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week. - Please have trash in container by 7:00 AM Daily. - Place any excess bags next to container. - All containers and/or bags must remain at house not at curb, Valet will not service anything left at the curb. - ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED AND TIED IN 13 GALLON KITCHEN BAGS AND CANNOT WEIGH MORE THEN 30LBS. GROCERY BAGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. LOOSE TRASH WILL NOT BE PICKED UP. - NO Liquids are allowed, please empty all containers and bag properly. - All large and medium size cardboard boxes must be flattened, small boxes must be bagged.
