Relax in the welcoming living room, appointed with a couch, armchair, and a 32” flat-screen TV. Prepare beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Gather around the kitchen bar for meals, which offers seating for six. This condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, appointed with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers another King-size bed and another flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms are equipped with a tub/shower combination. Kick-start your day with a cup of coffee on the front porch, furnished with two Adirondack chairs. The unheated, year-round community pool is just outside your front steps. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and assigned parking for two cars maximum in the parking lot. There is no overflow parking. This single-story unit is accessed via five exterior steps at the entryway. This coastal retreat is an 8-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico’s warm waters and soft sands. For a fun day trip, Mustang Island is a 15-minute drive, and North Padre Island is 30 minutes away. Check out the Port Aransas Museum, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, and The Port A Jetty -- all less than 10 minutes from your condo. When dining out, a plethora of restaurants are less than a mile away, and there’s a Family Center IGA grocery store 5 minutes away. WINTER MONTHLY MUST BOOK JANUARY AND FEBRUARY TOGETHER. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night.
