The 2nd floor has a king bed in the master bedroom, private bath, private balcony, and 2 other bedrooms that share a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other is a bunk room with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. . They all have TV's with a DVD player. The washer and dryer are also located on this floor. Up the stairs on the third level you will find a huge open living room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a half bath on this level. This home offers multiple decks and a look out deck on the top of the house. This home has parking spaces for 5 cars. This gated community has 2 community pools and is only a few minutes drive to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. No pets allowed at this property.
