DOCKS ARE FOR OWNERS USE ONLY! NO Pets of any kind are allowed. 3. Number of renters staying in each condominium unit is: a. Less than 700 square feet is a maximum of four. b. Greater than 700 square feet is no more than four (4) adults, plus children in their care and custody.” 4. Rentals are restricted to a minimum of seven days. 5. NO SMOKING outside of the units, including vapors and e-cigarettes within a 30-foot radius from the main building and a 30-foot radius from the chalet on the hill. 6. Laundry facilities are for the use of unit owners only. 7. Do not leave chairs, lawn furniture, bicycles, scooters, blankets, boat covers, coolers, etc. unattended outside the condo unit or on the dock. 8. Renters are not allowed to park and/or store a boat or PWC in the Common Property dock slips assigned to the co-owner’s unit. 9. There is one parking space allocated per unit. Any additional vehicles must utilize the Condo’s secondary lot. (Right at top of drive and immediate left into first drive). 10. Renter’s trailer of any type or size, recreational vehicles, motor homes and the like are not permitted in the main condo drive, parking lot or secondary lot. 11. NO fireworks of any type are allowed on common property or the docks. 12. No feeding any wildlife or waterfowl. No cleaning fish on common property. 13. Outdoor grilling is not allowed outside of units, on balconies or in the parking lot. Please utilize the picnic area or contact your unit’s owner for availability of a grill. 14. Please bag all trash/garbage and break down all boxes before putting into the dumpster. Located on the east end of the property. There are also recycling centers in Bellaire and Alden. This waterfront condo enjoys a prime Northern Michigan location just minutes from the charming towns of Bellaire and Alden. Spend your days browsing local shops, dining at cozy cafés and waterfront restaurants, and enjoying the many seasonal festivals and community events that make this area so special year-round.
