Location & World Cup 2026 Access Our Brooklyn home offers a comfortable stay for guests planning to attend matches during the FIFA World Cup 2026, hosted at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Approximately 25–30 miles from MetLife Stadium Typical drive time is 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic This location is ideal for guests who want to combine New York City sightseeing with attending World Cup matches, while staying in a residential Brooklyn neighborhood. ? Transportation Notes Guests generally travel to the stadium by car or ride-share services. Public transportation options are also available, though travel times may vary significantly on event days. Guests have full access to two key areas during their stay. You can enjoy your private studio unit, which includes your own bathroom for complete privacy and comfort. In addition, feel free to relax and socialize in the shared lobby area, which serves as a common living room space for all guests. This area is perfect for lounging, reading, or just unwinding during your stay. As your host, I am always available to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable stay. We offer a self-check-in option for your convenience, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. While I may not always be on-site, our staff is present in the building and can assist with any immediate concerns or needs during your stay. * Ferry to Manhattan is 20 minutes * Train station is down the block on 4th avenue and 93rd We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please note that after booking, you might receive a pre-check-in process via SMS. For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $20 per hour for early check-in and $20 per hour for late checkout. Gym & Game Room: Both are located on the first floor, in the room next to the elevator. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Rooftop Access: Available to all guests. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hallway to the back stairs, then go up one more flight; or use the back stairwell directly from your floor to reach the rooftop. Parking Information: While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property. If you prefer more secure or convenient parking, I’d be happy to recommend nearby parking garages where you can reserve a spot in advance.
