The ski slopes of Bretton Woods are just a short walk away, as are the resort's activities such as mountain biking, ziplining, etc. Or hop in a car for a quick ride to the many local attractions, from Santa's Village to Storyland, the Cog Rail, the fabled Mt Washington Hotel, and gorgeous state parks and hikes. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. The overflow parking for this unit is a 4 minute walk from the house. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. (2 dogs max) subject to $100 fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from unit.
