The third floor has two guest bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bath. One bedroom has 2 queen beds and the other has two sets of bunk beds. Attached garage able to house a golf cart. This condo is pet friendly allowing a pet under 40 pounds max. Pet fees are an additional $50.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Unit offers high-speed wireless internet and 3 smart televisions equipped with cable access. Meridian HOA allows parking for 1 vehicle maximum. Boats and trailers are not allowed. Towing is strictly enforced by the HOA. • Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking and entertainment needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons. • Property is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels. • A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, make-up remover wipes and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs. • Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. CHECK-IN PROCESS: We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Port A Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.
