The unit is located on the third floor, close to the elevator, in a Mediterranean style complex, there is dining, shopping and entertainment and is situated on the Shelter Cove Harbour. Parking is gated, Palmetto Dunes Gate Passes are provided and there are elevators to access the unit from the parking area. During peak season the Dunes Buggy transports guest to the beach and the pickup point is in front of the Neptune Statue, you can bike to the beach or if you prefer to drive to the beach. There is parking available with your gate pass at the Palmetto Dunes Beach House. There is a community pool for guests located at HarbourSide I, there is also a gas grill for guests located pool side. Shelter Cove offers, dining, shopping, walking paths around the marina and fireworks and entertainment during the summer months.
