5 Bedroom Luxe Villa on Deep Water Intracoastal
This stunning 5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom villa sits on a very wide, deep water part of the Intracoastal. High ceilings, Sonos music system throughout the house, a fireplace, a 70" Sony smart TV, and a professional chef's kitchen with all JennAir stainless steel appliances makes this the perfect home for entertaining. Plenty of dock space for your boat. 8 minutes from the large beach boardwalk, and the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, 10 mins from Boca Town Center, this is the most centrally located villa you'll find, while making you feel you're in a luxury resort. ***Pack n'Play and high chair available upon request*** There is a $350 pet fee if you travel with pets. The Space: The villa is over 4,000 sqft across two stories. There are two bedrooms on the first floor (one is a master), and two guest bedrooms and a large master upstairs. The kitchen and family room lead to the expansive pool and deck area with access to the dock and deep Intracoastal water. Guest Access: The property is 100% private, and the guests have exclusive access to the entire property. No spaces are shared. Interaction with Guests: I’m available at all times. We give guests 100% privacy, but we're always available should guests need us. The Neighborhood: Deerfield Beach's history dates to 1890, when a small settlement named Hillsborough was developed along the Hillsboro River. As the population grew, the town was named Deerfield for the deer that grazed along the river. By the early 20th century, as the town's population continued to grow, the Florida East Coast Railroad constructed tracks en route to Miami bisecting Deerfield. Deerfield's early settlers were mostly farmers who grew pineapples, tomatoes, green beans, squash and fished along the Intracoastal Waterway. Deerfield remained a largely agricultural community, but in 1939 the town's name was changed to Deerfield Beach to let tourists know it has a beach. In 1952, the original Deerfield Beach Pier was built of wood. Getting Around: The area is perfect for a nice walk, but getting around will require a vehicle. Uber is available in the area though. Other Things to Note: ***Pack n'Play and high chair available upon request*** There is a $350 pet fee if you travel with pets. Upon booking, the property manager will collect a security deposit of $1000 which will be returned within 48 hours after check out.House Rules
