Condo was great - well maintained and had all the amenities to easily make it a home from home. Communication with Casiola staff was excellent - very responsive and overall we really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Only issue was on second week a family moved in to apartment above us (#307 I believe) who were very noisy for a few nights - excessive shouting and banging - sounded like abusive family (male) behavior. Not Casiola problem but this was the only negative we experienced during our stay. However, highly rated the Vista Cay condominium complex and will stay again if we return to Orlando.

Was initially placed in another location, this site was dirty ,old and no view of the lake. Situation was revised and I moved to my initial property. Thank you for the refund for this situation.

Love the area, love the rooms, clean, nice, wonderful, quite, just love the place. thank you so much for some reason, this question about Your Home ( what did you think about overall condition of the home? I can't fill it out, the stars goes away, doesn't let me select it. but it is a 5 star for me. hope to see you soon again..
