We do not offer cable or regular TV channels. *Check-out instructions: -Please check all drawers and closets for any personal belongings. Check the washing machine and dryer. -Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and please start it before your departure. -Please make sure to leave the key fob and/or keys where you found upon arrival (counter or lockbox). Failure to return them will result in a $200.00 fee that will be applied to your account. -Please take out your garbage, refer to the welcome book for location if you are unsure. The garbage chute is closed between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. -Ensure the thermostat is set to the following temperature: 67F/19.5C in the winter and 74F/23C in the summer. -Remove all linens from the beds and leave in the corner of the bedroom with all towels. -Please let us know if you plan on departing before the 11:00 am checkout time as we have a team standing by to clean the apartment after your departure. Early check-in requests need to be confirmed at least 48 hours before your checkin time (4 pm) during business days (Monday to Friday). The early check-in request fee is $100. We will reply to your request if there is availability. If it is requested after that time, we will we will need to charge a $120 fee to pay the cleaners for rescheduling on top of the $100 request fee.
Late check-out and Extension Requests:
Late check-out requests and extension requests need to be confirmed at least 24 hours before your checkout time (11 am)during business days (Monday to Friday). The late check-out request fee is $100. We will reply to your request if there is availability. If your request is confirmed within 24 hours before your checkout time (11 am), we will need to charge you a $120 fee to pay the cleaners for rescheduling on top of the rent/late checkout fees. Please enter the code directly on the keypad. The code is the last four digits of your phone number (please make sure it is the one you used in your reservation information). Pressing any number on the keypad will be registered as part of the access code, which will cause a code error.
If lock jams happen, please pull the door closer to you while entering the code. (Especially during winter)

If the thermostat is not working properly,
please set the “cool-off-heat” to “off”
Turn “fan” to “Off”
Leave it for 30 seconds.
Set it back to “cool”(during summer) or “heat” (during winter).
Set “fan” to “On”.
Adjust temperature (Press the up-arrow button to higher the temperature or press the down-arrow button to lower the temperature).
TV issues:
This TV is a smart TV. It only offers internet streaming services such as Netflix. Simply pressing the “Netflix” button on the remote will take you to the Netflix login page. You will need your own credentials to log in.
Please try unplugging it and plug it back on.
Remote control:
If the remote is not working, it could be the connection issue of the remote control. Try taking the battery out of the remote control and pressing all the buttons on the remote. After that, put the battery back into the remote control.
Internet:
Disconnect the power cord from the router and wait 1 minute. Then plug the cord back in and allow up to 10 minutes for the router to reset. If this does not work please repeat 1 more time. Please contact us if Wi-fi is still not working.
If the 2nd light keeps flashing and 3rd and 4th light are not on then there is an issue with the signal to the cable outlet. Check if the coax cable is screwed on to the modem and the other end to either a wall or splitter.
Complimentary starter pack:
We provide a starter pack of refillable items such as soaps, laundry pods, toilet paper, garbage bags to last for the first few days of your stay. The guest is responsible to refill as needed during their stay.
EXCESSIVE NOISE/ PARTYING IS NOT TOLERATED OR ALLOWED & WILL RESULT IN A $200.00 CHARGE AS WE GET FINED AND BUILDING RESIDENTS ARE DISTURBED.
No Smoking:
There is no smoking permitted in the unit, the building or patio/balcony. If there is evidence of smoke smell, there will be a $500.00 charge for any ozone machine to be placed in the unit which is required to eliminate any smoke/smells found.
Parties:
No parties, get togethers or events are allowed. If this is not obeyed, you will incur a $500.00 fine for violating this policy.
A/C Instructions:
Please don’t set the temperature below 20 degrees or it’s going to damage the A/C. When you leave the units, please be energy-conscious and raise the temperature between 22-24 (please verify the thermostat is not in auto or heat mode for heat to come on). This will decrease the risk of returning to your suite where the AC has been working too hard and has shut off completely.
Lost Fobs:
Lost keys, fobs, parking passes and garage openers; The replacement cost is $200.00 for each fob/parking passes.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm, please keep noise level down to be respectful to surrounding neighbors.
